Glycerin

Glycerin uses vegtable based oils  as its starting materials. The oils can also come from soybeans or coconuts. These plant based oils are then heated under pressure to give us glycerine.

Why do we use Glycerine in Grandma's Approved products? Glycerin is a very good humectant which means it helps to draw moisture to our skin and retains that moisture by forming a barrier on our skin.
