Refund policy

Love It or Return It – Regular Orders:  Got a change of heart? No worries! If your item is unopened, you can send it back within 30 days of receipt  or bring it to our store in Fox Valley. Our physical address is 2300 Fox Valley Ctr, Aurora, IL 60504. We’ll cheerfully refund you through the same way you paid. Just a heads up, shipping costs aren’t part of the refund, and additionally, if the return doesn’t meet our policy, we might have to say no (and a tiny 10% restocking fee could apply).

Sadly We Can Not accept any returns on opened or unapckaged bath products and cosmetics. 

Custom Orders – Made Just for You: These treasures are crafted specially for you, so we can’t take them back. But we’re here to make sure you adore what you get!

Easy-Peasy Mail Returns: Pack up the unopened goodies and your receipt, mail them to our Returns Department at the address below, and remember, the return trips on you. We should get it within 15 days.
