Propylene Glycol

Propylene Glycol is a safe product made from food safe propylene oxide and water. The addition of heat converts it to propylene glycol. 

Why do we use Glycerine in Grandma's Approved products? Glycerin is a very good humectant which means it helps to draw moisture to our skin and retains that moisture by forming a barrier on our skin.
